Forum Permission Issues Resolved

If you've tried to get into the forums and post over the past week or so, you undoubtedly noticed that, well, you couldn't.  We installed some new functionality in the site that will eventually allow us to allow you to submit your own computer hardware to the database, but in the process, we broke the forums.  After much frustration, the issue appears to have been resolved.  You should be able to post to the forums, both new topics and replies to existing topics.
